I ordered a 10.5 size shoe, which the store didn't have, and they sent me an 11 size shoe, which is too big. After emailing twice, I received a friendly answer to send back the shoes and then they could get me the right size. This has cost me $23.86 in shipping costs and two extra weeks of waiting. Not great. I used this store because it came first on google when looking for this specific shoe... lesson learned.
